All spirit is 3 ply 18/10 stainless construction throughout, with a 4mm thick interior layer of pure aluminum. Handles are designed to be stay cool when cooking on stove top. All ceramic non-stick is free of PTFE and PFO and is recommended for cooking under 400 degrees. Pans have dripless edges.
