Rinse in hot water and dry thoroughly. Hand-wash only throughout the life of the cookware. To preserve the nonstick surface, do not use metal utensils. Place cookware on low heat for one or two minutes before adding foods. The nonstick anodized exterior is exceptionally hard and requires minimum care. It is scratch- and stain-resistant and food will not stick to it. Use only warm water and mild soap to help preserve the pan's dark surface. Use only nylon scrubbing pads.
