The ParaFryer is a Multi-Purpose Funnel Cake Fryer that can work for all kinds of venues. The Parafryer easily fries traditional Funnel Cakes donuts and other pastries but can also be used for other fried foods. The fryer lid can mount to the side; functioning as a drain rack. Caution: Always allow this unit to cool before touching any metal component (including lid) & surfaces. The digital display tells you the oil temperature to allow for more accurate frying. Using the 240 volt plug allows for high wattage capacity and reduced recovery time between cooking batches. Crafted with 20 Gauge Stainless Steel makes our ParaFryer very durable.
