INGREDIENTS 2 cups uncooked or frozen broccoli 1 egg ΒΌ cup diced yellow onion β cup cheddar cheese β cup panko breadcrumbs β cup Italian breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons parsley 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper INSTRUCTIONS Combine finely chopped broccoli with all other ingredients. Form into tots. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees, flipping half way. Serve with favorite dipping sauce. Healthy and easy side for dinner tonight!
