Coffee Brushed BBQ Ribs This can be used with Pork or Beef Ribs - Whatever your preference is. The only changes I make is I add 1/2 -1 Tsp of Crushed Red Pepper to the dry rub and since due to health reasons I don't use liquid smoke I use Soy Sauce instead.
