Super tasty! I was looking for a recipe to use a bag of Andes Mints Baking Chips. This cookie looked really good - I substituted mints for chocolate chips. The mints were not too overpowering. My changes: 1 cup butter, 1-1/2 cups brown sugar, 2 large eggs, 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 3 cups flour, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tsp baking soda, pinch salt, 1 bag Andes Mints Baking Chips. * Also made these with chocolate chips just as written. Delicious!
