Ingredients: - 4 stalks celery - 1 long english cucumber - 4 large leaves kale - 1 green apple, chopped & de-seeded - 1 lime, squeezed for juice - water of 1 young thai coconut (about 1 cup; if you don't have coconut water, use regular water) - 1 cup ripe pineapple Put the celery, cucumber, kale, lime & coconut water into the blender, and blend high speed (this helps break down the greens better). Then, add the apple and pineapple, and blend for around 15-30 seconds. Enjoy!
