Now on my "to do" list when I go to Tokyo is to find some "Kissatens" -- old-style coffee stalls. So Seattle is not the first coffee obsessed city. I love that the writer comments that sometimes it is not the perfect coffee that appeals, rather the perfect experience and atmosphere...and relaxed attitude.
