Cream of Anything Dry Soup Mix | 1 cup non-fat dried milk 3/4 cup cornstarch 1/4 cup bouillon - use whatever kind (ie, beef, veggie) 4 Tbs freeze dried minced onions 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp pepper Mix and store. To use mix 1/3 cup dry mix with 1 1/4 cup water for one can of soup. Cook until thick. Add bits as needed (ex - chopped mushrooms for cream of mushroom soup)
