Kale salad with Maple Vinaigrette - slice the leaves of 1 bunch of kale really thin, discarding stems. Toss with 1 clv minced garlic. Coat with a dressing of 3 T olive oil, 3T cider vinegar, and 1 T maple syrup. Let marinade a couple hrs. Stir in seeds, wlanuts/pecans, apple, cranberries/dates before serving.
