Ingredients: 4 strips turkey bacon, ½ red onion, thinly sliced 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 pound Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved ½ cup chicken stock 1 medium avocado, cut into chunks 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar kosher salt and black pepper to taste. Great for phase 3 of the fast metabolism diet!
