My method of making frittatas with prawns, shaved ham & my home-grown veges. Makes great "finger food". Also healthy. I'm back 1 day later, we had some for dinner tonight. After we arrived at our hostel in Melaka we good a proper introduction of the hostel owner about Melaka, its cultural heritage sites and the unique Baba Nyonya food you can find here and only here. With this information in mind we headed on the streets and were on the lookout for this special food and we went into the first restaurant we found selling it. My imagination about Chicken Rice Balls was something different then we were served but nevertheless it was good and a different food and expirience to the ordinary bowl of rice.

To make this cake you need : 2 plain sponges, 400 gr of raspberries, 2 kiwis, condensed milk. Step 1 - Put condensed milk over the sponge, make holes in the sponge with a fork. Step 2 - Squash the raspberries in a bowl, spread them across the sponge Step 3 - Add second layer, and add more condensed milk Step 4 - Decorate the cake as you wish with fruit :))) ENJOY!!!

How to make Extra Chocolate Brownies at home Add me on Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/AllasYummyFood This yummy recipe makes around 12 brownies. You can eat them on their own or with vanilla ice cream. If you love chocolate, you are going to love this dish i can guarantee you! For these yummy chocolate brownies we need : 250 gr of unsalted butter 100 gr of caster sugar 200 gr of milk chocolate 100 gr of white chocolate 100 gr of dark chocolate 100 gr of pecan nuts 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of vanilla extract 1 tsp of almond extract Step 1 : Melt the butter with milk and dark chocolate 3-5 min Step 2 : Fry the pecan nuts for 2-3 min with added sugar Step 3 : Add the caster sugar into the melted chocolate and mix in Step 4 : Add vanilla extract and almond extract Step 5 : Mix all the ingredients Step 6 : Preheat your owen to 180 degrees Step 7 : Add flour and slowly mix that in Step 8 : Add chocolate chips and nuts into the mixture Step 9 : Use a square baking tray and pour the mixture in. How to make Vanilla Summer Berry CHEESECAKE!! Cheesecake!!! Everyone loves a bit of cheesecake and we all know it's not the healthiest of desserts, but its soooo good you can't resist! I have tried over 200 cheesecakes in my life, well basically I love cheese and cake! So you can imagine its one of my favourite desserts! I tried to make a very easy to follow and very delicious cheesecake for you guys. There are so many complicates cheesecake dishes, but I really hope you enjoy my quick and yummy summer berry cheesecake! Please like and share with your friends J For this recipe you will need: 400 gr of soft cheese 200 gr of mascarpone cheese 200 gr of icing sugar 1 tsp of vanilla essence 1 tsp of strawberry essence ( any other essence or no essence, this is optional) 250 gr of digestive biscuits 100 gr of unsalted butter Berries to decorate To make this cheesecake you will need to do the following: Step 1 : Melt the butter ( either in your microwave or oven) Step 2 : Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces ( you can use a cup to crush them) Step 3 : Layer the biscuits into your cheesecake tin, pour over the butter and mix well. Then press into the tin and refrigerate. Step 4 : Make the filling. Mix both cheeses together, then add icing sugar and mix until light and fluffy. Step 5 : Add vanilla and strawberry essence, berries ( optional) and mix again. Step 6 : Layer the mixture into the tin and spread evenly. Decorate your cake with berries or fruits as you like. Step 7 : Refrigerate the cake for 4 hours or overnight. Step 8 : Serve and Enjoy!!! This is one amazing cheesecake, if I can say so myself!
