6/30/15. Loved it, will make it again. I added 1 extra cup of water to crock pot just because it was super thick. Says it serves four, but it was filling and we stayed with lots of leftovers. Easy Crockpot Beef Stew. The gravy is thick and rich, deliciously beefy and loaded with lots of mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, peas and great herbs. A family favorite!
