Just by eating six times a day, breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and nightcap but don't eat after 9pm. Having a main meal every night and rotating meal replacements either breakfast or lunch. Having all my meals with me when at work carrot sticks, celery health bars and yoghurt all low G.I. and I never told anyone i was losing weight they just noticed when it happened. For the first 12 weeks no alcohol, no McDonald, T.F. Chicken, no takeaways at all.
