My 1st skill guide hope it helped, heres the numbers and some notes and numbers: ------------------------ Heres a quick run through 1-15 Meat, chicken and crayfish 15-52 Trout 52-58 Pike 58-63 Salmon 63-70 Tuna 70-86 Lobster 86-90(99 if f2p) Swordfish 90-94 Monkfish 94-99 Shark ----------------------- Prices will change, shouldnt change to much Each lobster gives 120xp you also loose per lob 85gp per lobster Each swordfish gives 140xp you also loose 75gp per swordfish Each monkfish gives 150xp you also loose about 60gp per monkfish Each shark gives 210xp you also loose about 110gp per shark Without using the techinque doing it the normal way, you can cook around 1200 an hour so with lobs its 144k xp an hour and with swordfish its 168k an hour monkfish 180k shark 252k using the method i seem to cook about twice as fast so with this method i can cook around 2000-2400 an hour with lobsters thats up to 288k xp an hour with swordfish thats up to 336k an hour with monkfish thats 360k an hour and with shark thats 504k an hour numbers are excluding that you dont have to light your own fires now with this method its best to be in fixed mode to get the right click and cook it easier that way, and when you first start doing this your gonna screw it up alot, sometimes to the point where you are better off just doing it normally, but once you get used to it its well worth it in f2p this is the best place to cook, but in members you want to cook in the rogues den or cooking guild
