Bramen taart: 150 gr suiker 115 gr boter 140 gr witte bloem 1 theelepel bakpoeder 2 eieren 1 snufje zout Bak bramen 1-2 eetlepels suiker, om te bestrooien. De oven voorverwarmen op 180° C Klop de boter, suiker en de eieren luchtig met een elektrische mixer. Meng de bloem het bakpoeder en het zout er door. Giet het beslag in een ingevette 26 cm ronde springvorm. Bedek dit met bramen en strooi er 1-2 eetlepels suiker overheen. Bak de taart 45 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven. Heerlijk Janneke.
